Possible to Omit Calibration Points for Selected Samples in Sequence?

If you have 2.7 the only way would be to save multiple versions of the processing method and link the samples to the appropriate method.

If they are separate methods that should not be the case. Se the example below. There might be another option since this is GC but it might be more trouble that it is worth. You could setup the acquisition method to save the signal twice and process each compound twice once in both signals. You would need to leave the compound amount blank for the channel in the calibration table where you do not want to include the points. So, in your method level 1-3 would have cal amounts for the A channel compounds and 3-5 would have amounts for the B channel. This would give you 2 values for the compounds one from each channel. Then in your report you could show both results or only show the one that is inside the cal range. You can see at the bottom of the post the method setup and channel collect twice.

Thanks for providing this example as well as the alternative option by setting up multiple signals for the acquisition method. I figured out where I went astray. It's working as intended now.

One last question. I have also put together a full report (with system suitability and sample results). In the processing method, I have a custom calculation for peak area ratio so that it is included in the report. With the implementation of the two processing methods, the custom calculation no longer appears to be applied. See the screenshot below for the custom calculation.

I'm pretty green regarding custom calculations so perhaps this needs to be built a different way with the change in processing. See the screenshot below for a snippet of the report. Keep in mind this custom calculation works fine when applying the full curve to the entire result set.
