G1888 and OpenLab C.01.10 U3

I would guess the issue is that HS software is not compatible with C.01.10 Chemstation. Are you using serial or a network connection for the G1888? You will likely need to download a later version that is compatible with C.01.10 Chemstation and still supports the G1888. It looks like B.01.09.2 (for G1888A) is the last HS driver that was compatible with the G1888A.

I'm using the  G1888 with a network connection.

I've looked for updated drivers for the G1888 and couldn't find one. Now that I know there is B.01.09.2 I'll try again.

If you do not have access to it in Subscribenet open a ticket with your Agilent local support group and they should be able to help you get a copy.
