We are experiencing some issues with our OpenLAB CDS 2.7. It has now happened 3 times already, once the acquisition is completed, the data is processed through the Data Analysis Interface and saved to the ECM before being printed. Afterwards, upon review, the results set cannot be opened due to a missing .rx file. In the ECM, the file is present but is empty (0 bytes). Nothing is stuck in the File Upload Queue of the AIC, Workstation or Server. Everytime this happened was with the same instrument. Would anyone have an explanation for why the processed .rx file is empty but was initially able to print the results for that .rx file?
