Archive failed

Question

Hello, I need to archive a file but the file do not archive. It appears the message "Last archive operation failed" 
 
 How can I know why the archive failed and how can resolve it?

Hello Martin, 
 Thank you for your answer. I have already found the problem and it is because there is a file in the archive folder with the same name that the file I am trying to archive. So the software can not archive two files with the same name in the same archive folder. 
 I supose I need an admin profile to delete the archived file.
