Open Lab compatible Windows 10

Hi,

We have the following version of Open Lab CDS (Windows 7 machine) in our 218 HPLC prep.

I'd like to know if we need to update this software version in order to install it in a new Windows 10 machine or this one is already compatible.

In case an update is required, where can I download it and find instructions regarding the installation process? I still can use the same license, right?

It looks like the first version we supported on Windows 10 was C.01.07 SR3. I'd recommend upgrading to our latest version (LTS 01.11). The upgrade would have to be ordered, and you can ask the sales rep…

Or even better upgrade to Openlab CDS 2.7 that supports both Windows 10 and 11

What is the version of the core software? The window looks like it is from OpenLab Chemstation. The revisions on that would be C.01.XX. Simply go to Help > About and it should tell you this.

Just an FYI, LTS 01.11 is also compatible with Windows 11.
