I am getting this error message when trying to launch an online session for both GC's we have connected to OpenLab. The offline sessions for both GC's will launch just fine. I have rebooted the computer and instruments with not luck fixing this problem. Has anyone seen this error message?

It appears someone has locked the instrument. If you have sufficient privilege, you should be able to unlock the instrument using the icon in the toolbar and then launch the online session.
If you cannot unlock it, then you would need to find the user that did and have them or someone with sufficient privileges unlock it.
