Instrument 1 and configuration editor don't open

hello, I have a document missing type of problem (i think), i receive this errors while trying to open:

instrument 1 : the application or DLL C:\Chem32\core\HPSEQ00.dll is not a valid windows image. pleas check this against your installation diskette
