Attempting to connect to GC Config not available

Hello,

I had to reinstall  OpenLab chemstation edition c.10 and when I am having trouble configuring the GC to the PC.

At the configuration step, Get GC Configuration does not get the GC information, and neither does inputting the IP address manually. I pulled the IP address from the instrument. 

Any clues on what it is not getting the IP address and connecting?
