We have had a similar problem with Openlab 2.4. We have both 1100 and 1260 systems, and it only happens on the 1260s. The signals will not appear in the online signals tab, and they cannot be made visible using the arrow tab on the left side. Sometimes but not always, closing and re-opening the instrument window will solve the problem.
