One specific analyst has been having an issue with her runs where, when she goes to process the data, the manual integration buttons are grayed out and not 'clickable'. I have logged in as an ADMIN and with that user account the issue is the same. I asked her to create a fresh method and the problem persists. She is assigned to the same CDS user group so has the same permissions as everyone else, yet she is the only one in the lab with this problem. Plus, she's experienced with ChemStation, so I don't know (nor do I think) she's doing anything different now. I have not had her run on a different HPLC system yet to see if this is instrument specific... Any thoughts?
