maybe you have deleted the method last loaded after your Chemstation closed. So, when starting, the Chemstation is looking for last method and if it doesn't exist you got this error. Check the file chemstaion.ini in c:\windows what the method file specified there and whether it exists or not. If not just create a method with the name specified.
