There doesn't seem to be a field that contains this information in Intelligent Reporting.
However, in the custom calculation editor, you can access Injection_AbsoluteAcquisitionMethodPath and Injection_AbsoluteDataAnalysisMethodPath
Not sure what's available for sequences.
