How can we change the column properties value of TIC in a exponential form ?

Leave the value as Peak_Area, without the FormatNumber function.  In the Value Format section of this column properties, change the formatting to this:

It worked but I can't have acces to any rounding options. How can I put only 1 or 2 decimals? 

The rounding option seems to be locked and I don't know how the make it available.
