How can we Change the admin Password in Agilent OpenLab CDS Software

In your first screenshot, the checkbox preventing the admin user from changing their own password is checked, so, when logged in as admin, you can't change the password.  Login with/create a new user with the full administration role.  You should then be able to select the admin user and either change the password, or remove the "user cannot change password" check mark.
