Our Agilent 1100 chem station refused to reprocess the report with a new integration parameter with a pop up window stating that 'template sequence could not be generated in offline mode'. This happened only when the run was stopped before the injection of the last sample. Has anyone encountered this issue before? Thanks in advance.
