Hi everyone,
I am using Agilent Infinity II 1260 equipped with multiple wavelength detector (MWD). In the spectra menu, I click on isoabsorbance plot to extract signal for a particular wavelength, but nothing appears. Can anybody explain the method of extracting signal using MWD?
