I personally, find it very helpful to go through eFamiliarization always when you need to remember how to do something. For example, in your case, you can go straight to Processing Method and follow it, and when you understand it well, go to calibration, then reporting. It is really helpful!

ShikinKhal, were you able to get this answered from the below from Wolney?  If not, can you please elaborate on exactly what you are trying to calculate?  assay (%) can mean a number of things sometimes so the clearer you are in regards to exactly what you want as the outcome, the more we are able to assist you.  What analysis are you performing?  What detector are you using?  (You can call things cmpd A and cmpd B instead of their true names if you prefer not to reveal exactly what you are analyzing)

You might want to take a look on the install media for your software in M8490-10001\Setup\Tools\Support\UCL\Report Templates\LC Reports for pharmaceutical applications\Assay USP. You might be able to use this report template as a jumping off point for what you need in your assay report. In the folder you should find the template, pdf example, txt file instructions on use, and demo data.
