HPLC - DAD Spektrenaufnahme

Hallo zusammen,

  • I don't have a way to automatically pull DAD spectra out when looking at the Data Processing section of the CDS 2 Data Analysis software.  However I do have a manual way to pull out multiple spectra from a chromatogram at the same time.  I also know the report templates themselves can automatically pull out the spectra when generating a report.  I'll give examples of both.

Manually pulling spectra from multiple integrated peaks in Data Processing.

    1) Activate spectrum extraction

2 & 3) Left click and bracket the peaks to pull spectra from.

    4) Click on the check to extra spectra for all included peaks.

Pulling spectra automatically into reports.  In this example I have modified a Short Area report to include spectra from the integrated peaks.  In this case I pulled spectra for my identified peaks.

1 & 2) Drag the appropriate plot into the report template.

    Example of a generated report.
