In OpenLab CDS Plus 2.6 i'm using the Sequence Summary Report (extended) template to show my results. The print screen below shows a section of it where i'm having as issue.
Every time i do a manual modification for one of the peaks, it shows as if i did manual modification for all the peaks in that injection. In the example below the table is showing "ManualCompoundID" for all the peaks, but i only carried out Manual Identification for one of the peaks (the FLD signal which is saturated).
How can i change the table so that it identifies only the peaks that were actually manually modified ?
