Reprocessing error

Question

Hi, 
 
 we ran a sequence on Friday and today are reprocessing. when we launch it goes thru the first four data and then comes up wityh the attached error. Does any one have any Ideas. 
 
 I am using Openlab Ezchrom 4.0.9 and usually am fine.

If still problem persist then may be software repair or installation require.
