Automatically calculating calibration curve amount

I am asking this question on behalf of a colleague.
This is the first time we made a calibration curve in Open lab here in our lab, so we are still learning. 

My colleague needed to make a report, which has a calibration curve for 1 specific compound, in 5 specific injections. The curve is Peak Area in y axis and concentration (mg/ml) in X-axis.
The concentration is currently calculated manually, and entered in the processing method.


Now we were wondering if this could be calculated by Open lab, instead of entering it manually in the processing method.

The concentration is Weight * Purityref / 200
Normally we enter purity in a report parameter, and all weights would be entered in the sample_amount column.

Some more info:

the respective references were given levels 1-5.

The Slope and intercept are made into a variable, and we use those to calculate everything in the samples.

    As your inquiry please be informed that for the Calibration Curve should be manually calculate and enter through the table.

    Not sure that I understand your logic, but anyway...

    if you put the value that you currently place in the Sample_Amount column in the Level columns for your single analyte that you're measuring.  Could you then use the PurityRef/200 in the Compound multiplier column for that compound.  I think that would that get OpenLab to build the calibration for you.

    Once you have the method set up like this, you can then put the correct weights in the Compound Amounts section of the sequence table, when you prepare fresh standards with different amounts of analyte.
