I am trying to overlay signals of two different samples where the signals are acquired using a DAD at 4 different wavelengths. After overlaying the signals of the two samples, the software either allows me to see an overlay of all 8 wavelengths or only 1 wavelength at a time. It does not let me overlay the same wavelength (e.g. All DAD1 A) for the two samples. We also have an LC in the lab with newer chemstation software which does give me this option.
