Reboot the workstation and all modulators of the LC-MS then the connection failed.
The license updated last week and worked fine before rebooting.

Hi,
Sometimes, this error occurs due to name change of core license.
Please regenrate the license from Subscribenet( agilent.subscribenet.com ) and use the new license file in Open Lab CDS.
Hopefully, problem will solve...
not yet. They issued me a temporary license that only works for months. We generated a new license but failed again.
