Export the full isoabsorbance plot

Hello, I would like to save all UV data matrix (isoabsorbance plot) to file (e.g. csv) to further analysis (also fluorescence data if possible). We are using OpenLab CDS version 2.5. In older version of the software there was a macro that enabled to save the data to csv file (my older post is here community.agilent.com/.../converting-uv-file-to-human-readable-data), however the new environment is quite different and I did not find any way how to do this. To the best of my knowledge, I don't think it is possible to use any scripts or macros in the new version. Is there any way how to save the full data ?

Thank you in advance.

  • Hello,

For OpenLAB CDS 2.4 and above you can export data under Processing Method > Tool > Post Processing Plugin

So you can select 4 types of data file that you prefer.

    • AIA export (OpenLab CDS v2 raw data and peak results as netCDF format (revision 3.4) according to AIA Chromatography Data Standard Specification V1.0)
    • ChemStation export (.D/.ch format)
    • CSV export (Exports OpenLab CDS v2 raw data as comma separated values in .csv file format)
    • OpenLab CDS2 raw data export (native .dx files for ACE

    Export Data CDS 2.X
