I was hoping to be able to use Instrument_ID in a Sequence summary report to be able to verify that the instrument name on the report (from Instrument_Name) referred to the same physical instrument, using Instrument_ID, but it seems that Instrument_ID changes for every sequence that I run. Is that expected behaviour?
