In the process of checking the equipment activity log, error detected but without any information (description, detail) accompanying to know the cause of the problem.
I am not sure if this will help you, but all log files are located at C:\ProgramData\Agilent\Logfiles or you can find them at Openlab Control Panel -> Administration -> Instrument Controller -> View Logs. I would start my search with InstrumentService.log since it looks like it is instrument related. See below:
