Index outside of array error

I have converted a batch of Chemstation data for analysis in MassHunter Quant. This works fine for all but one sample. I can see the TIC and m/z data fine qualitative analysis, but in quantitative analysis I am unable to access the data and if I try to manually integrate I get an error of "Index was outside the bounds of the array". Any tips on how to fix this issue? We are using an older version of the software B.07.00.

There are a few things that can cause the indexing error. The first thing I would try is to recreate the indexing file that quant creates when it adds a data file to a batch. This file can be found in the AcqData folder within the .d data folder. With quant closed, navigate to this folder for the data file that is giving the error and find and delete the MSTree2.bin file. When you reload the batch, quant will recreate this file and hopefully you will be able to see data points and perform manual integration.
