rt labels

Hi,

We have Openlabs 2.5 (server edition). I'm working on a report with an extrected mass. Upper part is the TIC from the GCMS and the lower chromatogram is from the extracted mass. I cant seem to figure out why the label of the peak of the 2nd chromatogram is on top of the peak while the label settings in the report are the same as the 1st chromatogram. I know it is a minor thing, but its quite annoying when you're picky like me lol. Can someone help me figure this out? Or is this something that cannot be fixed?

  • Pretty sure it's because in the first case, the apex of your peak is actually off the chromatogram (cut off), so it puts the label to the side and in the second case, the apex of your peak makes it just to the top of the chromatogram and the label then ends up over it.  You could either adjust the scaling or pick a different label position.
