There are two other built in fields, Sample Amount and Total Sample Amount, that can be used to help calculate a final concentration. Details of how those work with the dilution factor and multiplier can be found in this post.
If you need to do more with calculations, then using Report Builder could be an option. In this post I give some examples of how to utilize the User Defined column in calculations for a report.
Another option would be to use the Software Development Kit to perform custom calculations and create results in the batch table. If you want to go that route you can find info in these posts to get you started, though this is far more programming intensive than using the Report Builder.
