Duplicate TIC Chromatograms in MassHunter Qualitative Analysis

Do you see this with data that already has results saved or with all data? 

I have been seeing this with all data. Opening newly acquired data files as well as old data files from before the duplicate TIC's started happening now also have duplicate TIC's.

You may want to look at your Workflow settings under Method Editor.  If there are two Defined Chromatograms in the workflow, it will extract the same chromatogram twice.  The below screenshot is an example of that.

That's interesting. I did not know about that section in the method editor. However, I navigated to that window, and it looks like only one TIC chromatogram should be generated. Here is a screenshot of what mine looks like.

Also I am noticing that sometimes the second chromatogram gets integrated automatically, but other times neither chromatogram is integrated, I don't know if that is significant though.

In the past I sometimes saw things like this if the run method workflow was checked in the dialog box for loading the data file or even if the load results box was checked in the same area

Thanks so much for this tip, I believe this has solved the problem. Both the run method workflow and the load results box was checked, and by unchecking them now only one TIC loads when I open data files.
