Using MassHunter Quant 10.2 for QQQ, I am developing a method using calibration by standard additions. If I run a single replicate each of unspiked, spiked #1, spiked #2 in that order, everything works. However, I would like to perform duplicate injections at each spike level. This seems to work for the spiked #1 and spiked #2 levels. The problem is that only the second unspiked sample that is injected directly before the first spiked sample is quantified while the first spiked sample says "calibration response not found". I tried to use bracketing by sample group, but I get an error saying that bracketing cannot be applied when calibrating by standard additions. Is it possible to perform duplicate injection of the unspiked sample?
