Module shutdown

I think the only option, if you want to keep the pumps running at low flow with the lamps off is to use the Instrument options in Control Panel, rather than using the Shutdown run from the Run Queue panel.

Then it's up to you to create a method that sets all of the other flow/composition/temperature parameters to maintain the system as you need.

I know that this is getting old now, but did you consider the shutdown method approach.  From the run queue, you can submit a Shutdown run that will sit at the end of the queue until all of your samples have run, and will then turn all modules to standby, including turning off UV lamps.

I think the only other option is to use the LC Detector Control to set a timeout for detector lamps.  After your long runs at the weekend, this would turn off just the detector lamps, as you need.
