Im employed as a service mechanic for CNC machines. Recently we aquired am old Agilent laser, and a whole bunch of optics. The laser is connected to the 55292A usb expansion module, wich is then connected to a laptop via usb. The laptop came with the laser aswel, it still running Windows xp. We want to use the laser to measure machine ways and such. I was tasked with getting the laser set up. Ive folowed the steps in the manual but now i got stuck. It says "10887A NOT FOUND" at the top of the screen. It does connect to the USB expansion module, but theres no feedback from the laser/optics.
Anyone able to offer help?
