CDS ezchrom software

Thanks Wydnaa, we just started using CDS ezchrom software, we analyse by LC a content uniformity of a component. Our sequence included 6 replicates of standard and 10 samples. 
My question how to proceed to have a report with samples amounts taking in account the average of the 6 replicates of STD. 
if someone could tell me how to do it step by step, I will appreciate your help and you assistance, thanks
