Exporting a sequence report.

Question

We need to sequence two injection results to give an average of the two on one report. This is then exported to an external folder as a text file for pickup by our LIMS system. 
 What is happening is that the report is not being exported as a sequence report but as two independent reports and the LIMS is therefore not picking up the results. This is through Openlab 2.5. 
 Would anybody in the community be able to advise? many thanks.

 If you want to report the averages of two (or more) injections, then you to either use a custom calculation to calculate the averages or to use a Sequence Summary report template. This type of report can be created after acquisition and reprocessing are complete. Sounds like you have specified a report template in the processing method. This type of report template will only behave as a single sample summary in this case. 
 I think the best way would be to calculate the averages using a custom calculation and report this in a single injection report. You might have to work out a way to only display the value for only one of the replicate injections.
