Hi,
I am using MassHunter version 10 on GC-MS and the sequence randomly stopped and the logbook showed the following:
Fatal error
The given key was not present in the dictionary
Any clue what this means?

Does it give a stack trace with the error? Does it seem to happen with a particular method in the sequence? I assume you have also tried a different sequence file? What O/S version?
We would need to look at the sequence_info.log from the sequence that gave this error. It will be located in d:\masshunter\gcms\1\logs folder. Have you tried just Method.. Run Method and does that work? Have you tried building the sequence from default.sequence.xml?

Wasn't able to determine the root cause, but building a sequence from scratch seems to solved the issue.
