How to get a peak purity report using EZ Chrom Open Lab CDS 2.3?

Hello, everyone!

Please, I need help!

I'm speaking with a partner from India and they use Open Lab CDS 2.3 EZ Chrom Software. We need them to get us a peak purity report, but they don't know how to do it.

We need a graphic and information @so as the image attached.

Is there anyone here who knows how to do it in Open Lab CDS 2.3 step by step? You can send screen prints, if you want!

Thanks in advance!

Lauren

  • Thank you. Below are instructions on how to setup a processing method to perform a UV impurity check in OpenLab CDS:

Once the purity results are being calculated, you just need to add a Peak_Purity and Peak_PurityPassed column to your peak/compound results table on your report template. This can be done by right-clicking on the table in the Report Template Editor and selecting the Properties option in the right-click action menu. Then in the Columns Properties, browse to the Peak>Purity field, select it, and click the '>' arrow to move it into the table as a new column. Then do the same with the Peak>Purity Passed field.

You can also flag peaks on the report chromatograms with the impurity status by right-clicking on the Chromatogram report object, selecting 'Properties' in the right-click action menu, going to the Peak Labels properties and checking the option for 'Show Impurity Check Annotation':
