Gerstel Maestro Error

When we write a sequence on line 2 of the running sequence we get an error, it only come up when the sequence gets to line 2 of the sequence. We can run one the samples one at a time with no issues.  Since first getting this error we switched the CO2 and regulators and the error went away for about 30 runs where we ran 10 line sequences with no issue, but now today the error has returned.  Has anyone seen this error message before? I spoke with our tech and they have not seen this particular message?

 

The error occurs after the sample runs through the MPS-TDU (TDU/CIS) and is about to move over to the instrument GCQQQ inlet.

    I have had the same problem over 1 year ago.

    I disconnected all the cables, cleaned them and reconnected everything.

    And on advice of a service engineer I plugged the power cable of the Gerstel controller in a seperate power outlet (it was in a powerstrip where also the GC was plugged in).

    For me that worked, I have not seen the problem since.
