If you cannot attach screenshots of how you have your batch report options selected then you could try including them in the body of your reply. Or it might be best in the long run to reach out to your local Agilent support and request their assistance: Contact Us | Agilent
Do note that B revisions of ChemStation or well past their end of support date, so support will be limited: Agilent OpenLab Software Support Lifecycle Policy | Agilent
Hello.
we are having the exact same issue. Was there a work around for this?
Same problem here, if any one knows if it has been solved...
Hello,
If you want to export data into excel from Chemstation, I would look at upgrading to a later version where you can use intelligent reports. Those templates can be used to directly create excel files from your results.

Hello Martin, thanks for your quick reply. Can you give me some more instructions? I have the version where i can use intelligent report but I'm not really familiarized with the software, I'm an intern who just came to lab. I have to create a new template?
Hello,
You can export any summary template as an excel file so if one has the data, you need then you can use that template. If you want the data in one big excel table, then you might want to create a new summary report template and use the matrix object. You can modify the matrix object to add the data fields to export.
