Peak tail factor not calculating in report. Can someone help?

Peak tail factor not calculating in report. Can someone help? I've tried changing the time in the system suitability area, but this is more towards the signal to noise factor, which did not work. I've tried deleting and re-adding the column properties formula in the edit report template to no success. I've tried analyzing manually to no success. See report data.

Can you show a screenshot of the properties of that table cell in the template editor?

So, nothing to see there! If you add the tail factor column to the results table in OpenLab Data Analysis, can you see a value in there?

I can't think of any reason for tail factor not to be calculated!!
