We have a Custom Calculation with two formulas that filters for the signal name and sample type using the “where” function. For most result sets, the functions are applied to the injections with the correct sample type, but for some result sets they are applied to all injections.
The formulas appear to be correct, and we couldn’t find any differences in the result sets that would explain the discrepancy. The only difference we could identify was that the result sets that are not filtered as expected were linked with the updated PMX, and adjusted and reprocessed multiple times without saving in between.
Could this potentially lead to the errors and what steps would have to be taken as precaution?
