No Chromatography display.

Having a signal display in 5973N MSD. Everything seems okay, but when you inject samples you don't see any signal or chromatography display, neither the spectrum. Need help maybe in the configuration. Using Masshunter B.7.0

Yes. Issue is resolved. Had to replace main board in ms and ceramic board and quad heater assembly

Are you not seeing your chromatogram on the real time display? Did it work before?

Hi Pij - edit the entire method, in the box that specifies the Injection Source make sure the checkbox next to "Use MS" is selected. If the configuration is such that an MSD is not configured (used in configurations when using non-MS detectors only) you will not see any MS icons or parameters. In that case, open the Configuration Editor and verify the MSD is part of the Config for the particular Instrument (up to 4 are available to configure on one workstation).
