Thank you for reaching out with your error message. The message you are showing indicates the instrument is failing to initialize when powered on. This is commonly caused by lamp problems. The system is looking for some peaks caused by the deuterium lamp and if it cannot find them it will display an error. Please check you lamps and replace them if they have more than 500 hours on them. Please also remove any accessories you might have in the compartment and make sure the beam path is clear. IF it is blocked you can have problems. If these suggestions do not help, please contact your local service group for more assistance.
