Hi all!
Question here. We have a handheld FTIR 4300 and we keep on having the following error when we try to open MicroLab PC in the computer:
"Instrument failed to initialize. Returned error code: -2. The app will exit; then power-cycle the instrument and re-start the application".
The instrument is working fine. We try to re-start everything again and again, unplug the system, re-plug it, and re-start everything in different ordder,yet, it's impossible to open MicroLab PC and therefore run the analysis in the computer. Any idea of what the problem could be? Sometimes it's spontaneously solved, but rarely. Thank you in advance :)
