Microlab PC program does not open correctly

After entering username and password, the following sign appears and does not allow you to continue.

    this could be caused by Regional settings (i.e. using another language setting than English US). Check your regional settings first and reset this if required (might be forced by IT domain policy, contact them in that case).

    If not the regional settings, the configuration file (containing all basic settings) could be corrupted. This file is regenerated every time you reopen ML software, so this could be solved by:

    1. Close all ML versions (check Task Manager to be sure)
    2. Go to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Agilent\MicroLab
    3. Cut and paste the file MLConfig.a2c to desktop or rename it as MLConfig_old.a2c
    4. Open MicroLab and a new file will be generated with default parameters, issue should be fixed
  • Hello Akram, thank you for your prompt response. The regional configuration is in English, I attach a screenshot, I looked for the file you mention but I can't find it in the root of the program.
