We have a Cary 630 FTIR connected to an Agilent supplied laptop. All set up during IQOQ.
We've been using the Agilent supplied account credentials to sign in to SDA and have been able to logon to the server and create a new database.
We're now unable to connect to the server through SDA to perform any database maintenance. There's an error message that says "The current user does not have access". This is the same user account that was working a few hours earlier. The user is in the administrators and SDAdministrators group. It also looks like I can connect fine to the server through Microsoft SQL server management studio. Does anyone have any suggestions for possible fixes?
