Cary UV instrument keep disconnecting

hello

since the installation our instrument keep disconnecting on random bassist

we brought a pc with 2 lan card base on recommendation

the OS is windows 10

any idea why ?

its a cary UV 3500 and the software is Cary UV Workstation Version : 1.3.4

we have it connected on a second network card

well yes and no

i see only on the top right that the instrument lost connection and there a message in the log
