I keep getting "instrument has been disconnected, software now shutting down" error even though the carry 630 is plugged to the computer and turned on?

Hi Meron,

you might want to check if the powersupply and USB cable are properly connected by tightening the "locking mechanisms" (turn until resistance). You can only connect with Microlab PC /OQ if the instrument is turned on. Lite and Quant can be used offline.
