When I clean the local where the sample is placed and ask him to collect the background, the following message appears: "The clean check has failed. Please ensure these is no sample on the sensor and that it is open. Do you want to override the clean check and continue anyway?" However, the ZnSe window is very clean. What is going on with the equipment? The same happens when I use the Dialpath accessory.

Hi Samira - this is a common issue and a very easy one to solve. Every now and again, for some unknown reason, the clean crystal check gets stuck in a loop, so no matter how much you clean it, this message will continue to appear. To fix it, just press the Advanced Features button, select Diagnostics and then press the button that says "Reset Clean Crystal Validity".
