We keep getting the error 1224 on our uFTIR (Cary 620/670 system) lately. Today we restarted all elements/instrument parts, as well as trying to restart just the pc or just the software a few times. We were then able to open Resolutions Pro, but not enter the image setup. Finally, after several tries, the software is now up and running again. Before the error appeared, the user was able to run the startup, including the calibration.
Does anyone have any input on what is causing this error, and how we can avoid using so much time getting the instrument back up and running after encountering the error?
